For your convenience‚ a block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate for NRCEC attendees. The discounted room rate at the hotel is $258 per night (single or double occupancy), plus applicable state and local taxes which are currently 14.25%. To receive this discounted rate, attendees must make reservations with the hotel by Monday, June 3, 2024. After June 3, 2024, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis and may be at a significantly higher rate.
Attendees can make hotel reservations online or by phone. To make reservations online, access the hotel's online reservation system. To make hotel reservations by phone, contact the Marriott reservation line at 888-236-2427. Use the group name "NRCEC” when making your reservations to receive the discounted room rate. You will be asked to provide a valid credit card number at the time of your reservation to hold your room. Please use this opportunity to express your room and bedding preferences. The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability. Upon check-in you will be required to present a valid credit card to cover your accommodations and incidental charges during your stay.

Air Travel
Three major airports serve the Washington, DC, area: Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA), Dulles International (IAD), and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI). The most convenient airport to the meeting location is DCA‚ located approximately two miles from the Crystal Gateway Marriott, and accessible via public transit. IAD is located approximately 27 miles from the hotel, and BWI is located approximately 37 miles from the hotel.
Metro
The Crystal Gateway Marriott is accessible via Washington, DC's Metro system. The closest Metro stop is the Crystal City station on the Blue and Yellow line (0.2 miles). The next closest Metro stop is the Pentagon station on the Blue and Yellow line (0.7 miles). MARC Train
MARC Train Service is also available from the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area into Washington, DC, via Union Station. Most MARC Train Service operates Monday through Friday only. Taxi
Taxi stands are located near the baggage claims of all area airports and at the front entrance of Union Station. Approximate one-way fares to the hotel are as follows:

Lyft and Uber pickup areas are at the following locations:
- Reagan National Airport (DCA) – For Terminal 1, the pickup area is on the third (outer) curb. Terminal 2 pickup is available at the Baggage Claim/Arrivals level (first floor) in zones 1-4.
- Dulles International Airport (IAD) – The passenger pickup curb on the lower level outside of the baggage claim, accessible via doors 2, 4, or 6.
- Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) – The pickup area is located at the terminal curbs on the Upper Level/Departures.
- Union Station – Lyft/Uber can pick up outside of Union Station or in the Kiss and Ride/Cell Phone Waiting Area located in the Union Station Parking Garage.
